I'm from India and I don't know Arabic

Just now i heard a beautiful Arabic song on radio but i did not have my cell and could record i. However the song went like this.

It had a constant female chorus line which said Ago suba ye ne vafone 

Also, there was an instrumental section which sounded like Arabic bag pipe music and repeated through the song 

Hopefully somebody will know what song I am referring too
