Does anyone know if this longa is original by Sami Bitar, or if it is a traditional melody that has been arranged by him?
Does anyone know either Sami Bitar or Vanessa Nassar (the violinist) or how I can get in touch with them? The reason I ask is that I have written a free arrangement of this melody for violin and piano, and would like their permission to post a recording of it on YouTube. I tried to contact Ms. Nassar via facebook, but with no success.
