A few years ago I heard an Arabic song on an Arabic satellite station by a singer named Nancy Boutros. It was not Julia Boutros. It was definitely a young woman named Nancy Boutros and her band included about five older men who had mustaches and wore the fez on their heads. The song starts with the men rolling the dice in a game of backgammon. (Also on the video). The song was about family, I think, but the only line I can remember in it is "asl al roumani zahra" (the beginning of the pomegranate is a flower). There's a part of the video where Nancy Boutros is onstage looking rock and roll and there are other young women playing guitar and drums. Other images in the video are pictures of a family and the fez men singing along with Nancy. It is such a beautiful song and I would appreciate any help finding it if somebody can remember it by the details I have given.
I have seen only one other video by this singer with the same men in fez hats. I don't remember the song but the video starts with the men riding in on mopeds. That was a while ago too.
I hope anybody can help me find this singer because her music is lovely and I can't find her anywhere on the internet.
